  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised sweaters: These are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  • Final sale items: Any items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: To start a refund, customers must contact customer service through email or phone with their order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the company will cover return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
